2 weeks you cant hire directly on with the company and it take forever to get rolled over to halter some time 2-3 years. You have to go to the WIN center and spend 4 hours filing out paper work. Then you have to find a contractor that Halter is using to hire thru then fill out there paperwork. Then they send you for a interview with whomever is needing the employee. Then if they like you they set you up with your test. If you pass the test they'll set you up with your entry physical. Then once you pass it they'll tell you when can start.
