The culture has gotten out of control. Lying, backstabbing, unethical insurance practices, and constant negativity.
The main problem is the kid led management. Company executives have their kids managing and working there and have no clue about the industry. Old methods of doing business, no innovation, just plain terrible. They need a true leader to come in with a decade or more of industry experience who knows all aspects of title and escrow and turn it around. Get rid of all the people who do not belong based on real experience. Not daddy’s girl who can’t find a job.
