Average run of the mill customer service/tech support call center. Pay is around $14.50/hour starting for Tier 1 tech support - less for other departments.

Vyve is a good employer and seems to care for their employees. The benefits are well above average and the salaries are competitive for the industry.
The biggest issue I see with the company is that nobody will take ownership of their mistakes.

Each department head blames the next department. There is no teamwork outside of each department.
