Terrible place to work poor management. Incompetent from top to bottom. Women lead so that should tell you all you need to know. Use and abuse the good workers reward the bad workers.

DRIVER TECH (Former Employee) - La Vernia, TX - February 19, 2020
I have worked with them for 8 months. I would like higher pay for the amount of work I do. Management is poor and employees not given opportunities for growth.

Tech 1 (Former Employee) - Midland, TX - September 17, 2019
its a good oilfield entry level type of job, gives a person good exposure to different companies to see how the oilfield operators as a whole. you get out of it what you put into it.

Oilfield containment (Former Employee) - La Vernia, TX - April 16, 2018
Well I only work there for a little over a month and a half but it was terrific my first check was almost $1,800 for a hundred and thirty hours that I had to work so definitely for it being my first type of oil field job that just look terrific on the check so I applied myself more to the oil field jobs and became a saltwater attendant down South by the Eagle Ford shale
Pros
A great place to get your work experience and learn to do multiple things as a roustabout
Cons
Really I couldn't see any kinds it was just a nice place and the hours were great for my

good boss. bad owner.
Service Tech I (Former Employee) - Midland, TX - February 26, 2018
the job is tough. days are long. owners are stuck on themselves and not willing to be flexible as the industry dictates. the owners have a great system, but it is not perfect, regardless of their success.

diamond in the rough
SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Current Employee) - La Vernia, TX - November 15, 2016
solid little mom&pop company, owner has a good head on her shoulders. Pay is great, product is superior, just very hard to sell in a lagging oilfield downturn, especially overcoming obstacles that took place prior to my employment. crews/shop personnel are great, but they need a management change.
Pros
excellent pay
Cons
lacking benefits

Great entry level oil field job
Team Lead (Former Employee) - Pleasanton, TX - April 20, 2016
Most days consisted of either repairing/cleaning containment at the shop or setting up and cleaning it up in the field.
The management, in my experience, was great. They expected hard work and were appreciative of it.
Co-workers for the most part were good to great as there was not much tolerance for those who were not willing to pull their weight.
hardest part of the job was cleaning up some of the chemicals at fracking sights.
the best part of the job was the steady hours (anywhere from 40-70 a week) and the hands on job.
Pros
decent hours
Cons
low starting pay.
