I wroked here during the pandemic. It was a safe place. The nature of the work in manufacturing is repetitive and hard on the body however Gore provides associates with benefits that help mitigate the physical traumas the worker experiences.

Gore is a company that strives to service their customers, provide Associates with a positive experience, and achieve strong business results. The strength in Gore is their continued pursuit in achieving all three, and they do a good job at it. Their biggest challenges exist from the fact that there are many, multi decade experiences associates, which is a testament to the quality of life at Gore. The challenge is limited advancement opportunities (it’s a very flat hierarchy) and tribal knowledge. While Gore has its challenges, the overall experience is a very positive one and it is an environment that continuously strives to improve. And great people who want to make a difference.
