All the non leading associate's act like they are leaders but are only the leaders peon. The it department has the worst management I have ever seen. Most of the stupid visors in Elkton don't even have 1 degree or it cert, but leadership puts them in charge of people that have extensive experience and credentials. Wl Gore is a joke. 😂

The job I had in Flagstaff was almost like being part of a cult or a fraternity or something. Everything from the strange interview process to the quick and succinct exit interview where they didn't even ask why I was leaving. Just a really strange place.

I mostly looked forward to it, expect for the procedures always changing and then back again...over and over, or losing pay due to machine sabotage and not working my shifts.
