All the non leading associate's act like they are leaders but are only the leaders peon. The it department has the worst management I have ever seen. Most of the stupid visors in Elkton don't even have 1 degree or it cert, but leadership puts them in charge of people that have extensive experience and credentials. Wl Gore is a joke. 😂

I did not think the leadership was ethical. The tech leadership was also not trained in the applicable fields of study. They didn't seem to hire people for their scientific rigor but rather if they thought the person would adapt well to their cult.

Did not leave on my own but I was looking for better opportunities just because of the fact the work environment has gotten so stressful for the everyday work week which was not good.
