Senior Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  Buffalo, NYFebruary 12, 2019
Great company to start your sales career. but I definetly recommend going somewhere else if you want a steady Job. False promises to customers. Lack of communication from management to employees. No respect for hard working people at the company especially the veterans that came from different companies and had personal relations with customers.

Never apply. Horrible company with sick old school culture. Nothing you do will be good enough. Managers do not care about you and will never provide you with any help.

The Amazon effect is for real ....
Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  New JerseyJanuary 8, 2019
Many of the best sales reps are leaving because ownership is stuck trying to maintain profit margins when Amazon (especially) and Staples are nibbling away at their margins. Highly recommend this job for a recent college grad to get his or her teeth kicked in for two-three years since the cold call training was excellent. Take the fearlessness you learn and apply it to another industry.
Pros
Great people, decent benefits, some autonomy
Cons
You probably are on the Titanic with an Amazonian Iceberg looming in the distance

Graphic Designer (Former Employee) –  Uniontown PaNovember 27, 2018
Company I worked for was bought out by WB Mason. They seemed lovely at first. Said they were keeping everyone. Signed us all up for health ins, etc. Shortly after, they began closing down our branch stores. They were evasive with questions & it was difficult to get them to respond to requests for supplies my dept. needed. About 2-3 months after acquiring company I worked for, they laid off my entire dept. They did give a reverence pay which I guess was nice of them.
Pros
Sometimes there was a free lunch.
Cons
Pretty much everything. And they are untrustworthy.

poor management/underpaid
CDL Driver (Former Employee) –  Bronx, NYOctober 16, 2018
Management was very two-faced. The pay sucked for driving a CDL truck especially in NYC. Too many empty promises. Expect you to bend backwards. They’ll fire you for little to no reason whatsoever. Understaffed. HR sucked too.
Pros
Weekends off, benefits, free phone service
Cons
Poor pay, management, overworked

Tough work, long hours, under paid, unappreciated
Driver (Current Employee) –  Boston, MAOctober 4, 2018
Very overwhelming job, not enough time in a day to finish unless you literally run around with heavy loads, they constantly push you to be safe but you have to work at unsafe pace and conditions to finish, horrible logistics, always doing others jobs, the harder you work the heavier load they give you without compensation, lots of missing product which you're responsible to reorder, very under staffed, sales reps get all the benefits of company outings and parties while you're doing the hard work, the more you mess up the easier job you get instead of training to fit your position. This job seems great at first but it wears you down to the bone. No time for personal affairs. You try to call in even if you're dying they give you a hard time. If you have a vacation lined up you come back to most of your stops not done and you must complete. What's the point of even taking a day off if you can't even cook come back to a normal truck load which is busy enough. They expect way too much

Horrible
Supply Driver (Current Employee) –  Bellmawr, NJSeptember 1, 2018
I don’t mind working hard, but this is just rediculous. Not paid anywhere near what you should be paid. 150% is expected out of you everyday and your compensation just does not justify that. Long hours. Overtime is a must or the job is not worth it as you wouldn’t make enough to survive off of a 40 hour work week. Company is poorly ran. It’s hard to believe sometimes that the company is successful. And don’t listen to that loaded from Bellmawr. 3rd shift doesn’t do much work to begin with and always has to have the drivers come in to help load because they are about as lazy as a one eyed jack rabbit riding a unicorn. Overall, you work way too hard in this company and will never be compensated the way you should be for what you do everyday.

Cell phone, Good Benefits

Frustrating with a terrible culture
Office Personnel (Current Employee) –  South Boston, MAAugust 15, 2018
Hard work is barely recognized. Even when it is, the praise doesn’t seem genuine. The overall culture of the company is to make a quick buck with no regard to employees or customers.

The most frustrating part is uneven distribution of responsibilities. Other departments tasks often become your own which results in long, stressful days. Even within departments there are people who get away with doing almost nothing while others work 10 hours a day on salary. No overtime! There is definitely a sense that sucking up will do you well in this company.

Management expects full participation in all company outings/events even if they’re supposedly voluntary. After a 9-10 hour day, I want to go home.
Pros
Cell phone benefit, a handful of good managers
Cons
Work overload, stressful, no concern for employees

Loader (Current Employee) –  Bellmawr, NJAugust 13, 2018
You do 4 different jobs in the warehouse and you get paid less than most warehouse jobs who are responsible for one job. The pay is no where near where it should be, we get no help no matter how heavy we are, we get treated like garbage and we do the most work out of anyone there.
Pros
Nothing at all
Cons
Everything from hours worked to pay

Horrible Decision
Driver/Laborer (Current Employee) –  Pittsburgh, PAJuly 22, 2018
Long days and low pay for what is asked of you. Breaking down multiple cargo pallets then loading your truck. That surely wasn't in the job description. Most time the supply truck is late so you have to sit around and wait lose time then start the route late then ask why you didn't complete all your orders really.
Management is the opposite of work smarter not harder. This company burns thru drivers and Loaders(just another number)
for a reason DO YOUR Research & don't say you wasn't warn.

People are just numbers
Print Specialist (Former Employee) –  Syracuse, NYJuly 17, 2018
People are just a number and management makes you feel like if you don't continue to compete with everyone else in the company, you could be next. They tend to let go a giant number of employees around Christmas every year with no warning.
Pros
Good Pay, Advancement Opportunities for those who work hard.
Cons
Poor work/life balance, a lot of travel, slow to reimburse travel expenses
