The pay is fair if you play the game right. I can't say that it's good pay because they work you into the ground. The benefits are good and that is all they have going for them. Other than that the place is a disaster with absolutely no real structure. It's a hope for the best and cross your fingers type of place. Empty promises to both employees and customers. Low tier management has good intention but no actual ability to make any positive changes. This is a company wide issue and it will never change. If you don't have a family, if you don't care about having a life outside of your moldy office and if you enjoy endless, frustrating chaos that never resolves then this is the gig for you, otherwise save yourself the headache. They don't care about you and they never will.
