poor management/underpaid
CDL Driver (Former Employee) –  Bronx, NYOctober 16, 2018
Management was very two-faced. The pay sucked for driving a CDL truck especially in NYC. Too many empty promises. Expect you to bend backwards. They’ll fire you for little to no reason whatsoever. Understaffed. HR sucked too.
Pros
Weekends off, benefits, free phone service
Cons
Poor pay, management, overworked

Tough work, long hours, under paid, unappreciated
Driver (Current Employee) –  Boston, MAOctober 4, 2018
Very overwhelming job, not enough time in a day to finish unless you literally run around with heavy loads, they constantly push you to be safe but you have to work at unsafe pace and conditions to finish, horrible logistics, always doing others jobs, the harder you work the heavier load they give you without compensation, lots of missing product which you're responsible to reorder, very under staffed, sales reps get all the benefits of company outings and parties while you're doing the hard work, the more you mess up the easier job you get instead of training to fit your position. This job seems great at first but it wears you down to the bone. No time for personal affairs. You try to call in even if you're dying they give you a hard time. If you have a vacation lined up you come back to most of your stops not done and you must complete. What's the point of even taking a day off if you can't even cook come back to a normal truck load which is busy enough. They expect way too much

Horrible
Supply Driver (Current Employee) –  Bellmawr, NJSeptember 1, 2018
I don’t mind working hard, but this is just rediculous. Not paid anywhere near what you should be paid. 150% is expected out of you everyday and your compensation just does not justify that. Long hours. Overtime is a must or the job is not worth it as you wouldn’t make enough to survive off of a 40 hour work week. Company is poorly ran. It’s hard to believe sometimes that the company is successful. And don’t listen to that loaded from Bellmawr. 3rd shift doesn’t do much work to begin with and always has to have the drivers come in to help load because they are about as lazy as a one eyed jack rabbit riding a unicorn. Overall, you work way too hard in this company and will never be compensated the way you should be for what you do everyday.

Terrible work place
Loader (Current Employee) –  Bellmawr, NJAugust 13, 2018
You do 4 different jobs in the warehouse and you get paid less than most warehouse jobs who are responsible for one job. The pay is no where near where it should be, we get no help no matter how heavy we are, we get treated like garbage and we do the most work out of anyone there.
Pros
Nothing at all
Cons
Everything from hours worked to pay

Horrible Decision
Driver/Laborer (Current Employee) –  Pittsburgh, PAJuly 22, 2018
Long days and low pay for what is asked of you. Breaking down multiple cargo pallets then loading your truck. That surely wasn't in the job description. Most time the supply truck is late so you have to sit around and wait lose time then start the route late then ask why you didn't complete all your orders really.
Management is the opposite of work smarter not harder. This company burns thru drivers and Loaders(just another number)
for a reason DO YOUR Research & don't say you wasn't warn.

People are just numbers
Print Specialist (Former Employee) –  Syracuse, NYJuly 17, 2018
People are just a number and management makes you feel like if you don't continue to compete with everyone else in the company, you could be next. They tend to let go a giant number of employees around Christmas every year with no warning.
Pros
Good Pay, Advancement Opportunities for those who work hard.
Cons
Poor work/life balance, a lot of travel, slow to reimburse travel expenses

Great pay. Poor management
Supply (Former Employee) –  Altoona, PAJuly 4, 2018
I actually loved this job. I dealt more with the customers than the sales reps. Managed poorly by someone who wasn’t even promoted to manager but was living the lifestyle of one. If you weren’t hanging out with the manager outside of work or “other activities with the manager” outside of the job than you were treated like an outsider. Benefits were great and pay was good for being in the area lived. They payed off a lot of people for dumb reasons.

Meet great people along the way. I am grateful for the opportunity I had. It has opened so many doors. The company itself does not have the same personal philosophy's I uphold to.

Horrible, a nightmare, never ever work here
Driver (Former Employee) –  Newburgh, NYJune 8, 2018
The absolute worst job in the whole entire world. The laziest warehouse workers. Trucks never were loaded. The drivers had to come in and load them then go spend 13 hours on the road. Got home at 8-9pm daily. Management was more useless then nipples on a bull and were such arrogant pieces of garbage . The customers you deliver to will accuse you of stealing so beware. Pay was low for what they expect. I wanted to have a mental breakdown and cry at the end of every day. Avoid working here at all costs.

Wolves who eat their young!
Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  Southern New JerseyFebruary 17, 2018
You are told to drink the "kool aide" or else! You are lead to believe that you will be taken care of if you do what you are told. Then you find out that certain sales reps who are held in high esteem with management are "gifted" all of the best accounts, with the highest margins! Meanwhile, you work your butt off trying to appease customers while the ownership keeps stealing from you by raising "internal costs". And then you find out that the manufacturer never really raised the costs at all. The ownership STEALS from its sales reps!
Pros
Great healthcare; albeit very expensive
Cons
So much to list, there is not enough space.

Run don’t walk!
Client Services Representative (Former Employee) –  Cranston, RIDecember 28, 2017
You are set up for failure!! Two weeks one on one training but third week tour alone...no support!! Computer system is ancient and when customers call for missing items etc you just say well maybe tomorrow. If you like to be rude to customers and have half assed training go for it! You are also replacing recently laid off employees who have been there 10+ years so there is no moral!
Pros
Employee Discount
Cons
Benefits, mandatory 401k, training, coworkers aren’t very accommodating as they are hiring for laid off replacements.
