WAC is a fast growing business. For those who work hard, they are rewarded with not just great compensation but opportunity to get involved in new ventures, projects, and process improvements. The Management Team actually cares, and mentors staff to grow.
They have a great purpose of being a responsible lighting company.
The biggest challenge is that you need to keep up with fast change. For those looking for a 9-5 job, it will not be a fit.
Shipping and Receiving (Former Employee) – Lithia Springs, GA – September 14, 2015
Fun work place with supportive management. Not all about the numbers but how you personally grow and develop. Decent amount of red tape and politics, but this is expected of a big company. The most enjoyable part of this job was working with my colleagues and learning from them.
I felt like they didn't train me correctly because they just threw me in the position.I thought that they would take at least two weeks of straight training but they didn't really i had to learn a lot of things by error.
they where a new company in ga.

Picker/Packer (Current Employee) – Port Washington, NY – February 10, 2014
My day usually consists of picking orders majority of the time and help in any areas that my manager needs. I basically learned the entire picking, packing, and receiving process. My manager is a real good guy that strives us to get better and better each day. The only downside is the strain from walking on the concrete floor for the whole day. My co-workers are real good people and are the most enjoyable part of my day.
The two paid breaks are the best thing
The constant strain and the fact that im still under an temporary agency
Productive, Family environment, very proactive and supportive
Account Executive (Current Employee) – Port Washington, NY – September 3, 2013
I've been at my current company ~ 3 years. It's a fairly small company. Great people, love what I do, I am proud of all the things I've accomplished; but I'm looking for a place with more room to grow.
