I have started working with Wag a week ago from today and I have noticed that when I'm booked to walk a dog at a certain time I get flooded with notifications to walk different dogs at the same time. Why doesn't the app take a walkers availability off the app when on a walk since 1 person cannot be in 2 different places at once? It's annoying because most people in my area want their dogs walked at 1:30pm to 2:30pm but since I have a permanent walk Monday through Friday those days at that time why do I still get offers for that time if I'm already walking a dog? I shouldn't even be notified for that time frame since I already have a walk scheduled. If it's possible I hope Wag fixes this issue because it makes me sad that I have to decline walks because the owners don't know that I'm already on walks and we cannot walk 2 different appointments at one time but the app says I'm available which is not true I'm busy at that time while on a walk.

Hey CEO. Wag! Is a great concept but you need to focus your attention on getting things working before introducing new things. Why does it take so many different systems to do one thing? Why must everything be cross referenced thru multiple systems ? Why don't the walkers still not have a FAQ ?

FYI:. Forumbee is garbage and a waste of moeny.

Stop giving us benefits then taking them away . Ginger barely lasted 2 weeks before it was cancelled.

Everything needs to be really clear how much exactly precisely do people make per hour break it down per City per state..... there should never be any charge for a t-shirt and that should be a total option......the majority of companies nowadays and management are totally clueless on how to run the business this looks like one of those.......

$25 a shirt ? Really ? When you work somewhere, they don’t charge you for the uniform... EVER. I’m pretty convinced this is a scam. Wag charges you for a t shirt, meaning either everyone who buys them, gets the job immediately, or people are buying these shirts before even getting hired. So that brings me to my next question. How is this safe ? I’ve already been hired and I’m 100% sure no background check has been put in place. Besides the fact that wag takes 40% ? So I pay $25 for a shirt and my first walk I make $12 ? Doesn’t add up. & quite frankly I don’t think wag will be in business much longer. It’s literally a scam

Tio many people are hired, so the odds of getting work are slim. Too many customers cancel and the walker who planned his or her whole day around the customer is screwed. The only two walks I completed were for my own dogs. (Found a loophole, apparently.) After five cancellations and no other walks, I quit.

Charging $14 for a 20 minute walk and only giving the walker aka the person doing the actual work $8.40 of that is wrong. Your app, Wag support team, and communication are not up to par to be taking as much money as you are.
