Working as a Human Services Senior Practitioner
A typical workday varied. I had the opportunity to learn several different jobs and learned a lot from each. All of my supervisors allowed me to be myself, and had an open door policy when I needed to talk about stressful situations. We were set-up in teams and supportive one another which helped our jobs tremendously. The hardest part was doing - more... emergency placement of children, and not having enough resources.
