Lots of backstabbing, rumor mongerjng and your co workers hates younif you work hard because their incompetence would show. They will frame you and write you up for something absurd yet completely ignore productivity numbers . They will throw you under the bus if you don’t go along with their laziness. Poor management, they prefer and believe only the people who suck up to them than those who work hard.
Think twice and hard before considering working for this company.
