If you’re part time, it really depends on staffing and your personal requests. Highest I worked as a part time worker was 38 hours (work week is Wednesday-Thursday) lowest about 17 hours. We’re very low staffed at my store so I tend to be scheduled more than I’d like, that’s common amoung part time workers. Full time tend to struggle with not getting enough hours from what I’ve heard.

5 call offs per year. In the sense of a calendar year, not a year since you were hired. We don’t get paid sick days. But the call offs could be a few days and have it count as one because it’s one incident. Calling off is highly frowned upon but at times necessary.

Two paid 15 minute breaks and one unpaid 30 minute break. At my store almost no one takes their 15s unless they smoke. This applies to an 8+ hour shift though.
