Change in management. Absolutely at a run all day. Short staffed. Too many in achievable tasks. Work 8 hours and need to take a thirty minute break with only one cashier on duty. Close store alone. No feedback from management.

$25.50 for a certified sr technician that’s the cap . And of course the only way you can get to that amount is years of working with Bad managers who you have to suck up to , to get an awesome evaluation . This company would be awesome if they were true to their policies of 0 retaliation and treat their techs with respect and better pay .. it took me 15 years to get to that amount and when your at a cap ,you get a bonus and if only you get a 3.8 score on your evaluation . The cost of living is going up and you can’t live of that amount and especially if your benefits are bad . I say run , run the opposite direction and get a higher degree . Walgreens looks down at their techs
