When interviewed I was told 11.50 with a plethora of experience in the medical field. I think that's super low considering some locations are open until midnight and maybe even 24 hours in some stores. Even walking in with a license. Looking elsewhere LOL

There is no sick pay. You have to use accrued time. So if your sick for 3 of the 5 vacation days you accrued your left with 2 vacation days. It’s hard, you can’t predict when you will get sick or for how long or have a family emergency. Doctors note don’t seem to matter.

As a Shift lead without coverage, you’ll be working 8-9 hours straight without any breaks. It’s a demanding job. Results of this job varies by person. For lunches, you eat between calls and if you fall into the trap, you’ll get that Walgreens body.
