I would make sure that their GROW chats are required once a month, so to know where new hires and other employees can improve and not just criticize whatever they are not doing right, also please in every Walgreens there seems to be a little group of cashiers, shift leads and ASM’s that go out and drink together, party together and when it comes to work if there are problems one covers the other because they are all friends, and blame who ever is not part of their little group

When an employee finally gets the courage to contact HR, make sure someone actually speaks with that employee and follow up, calling HR and filing a report doesn’t make a difference because nothing is done, in fact there is more changes of seeing retaliation for doing a report.
