I walked in to the store, asked how I could apply. The manager took my to a kiosk they had in the back, where I electronically filled out an application and took a quick assessment. I called a couple days later and was told that I had the position.

If possible don’t go there, this company doesn’t care for their employees unless you love drama, harassment and being treated like you don’t matter.

Horrible, the pharmacy manger that interviewed me told me clearly, I don’t like you but I need my kids to have days off, her Kids meaning her other employees whom She liked, with me she always gave me a hard time and tried many times to frame for stealing, she would hide controlled meds and claimed I must’ve taken them just for days later to be found near were she had been filling meds, still she would claim nope she put them back here.

Depends on the background check. May take several days or even weeks for one to come through. Usually its a week or so, then they throw you to the wolves after a few training videos.

Tell me about your most difficult customer.
Tell me why you would be a good fit for this role.

Tell me why you want this position.

Where did you hear about this role?

How many years of customer service and call center experience do you have?

Why are your leaving your last role?

Why did you leave the role prior to that?

Are you able to work with multiple systems while on the phone?

What is the largest amount of calls you have received in a day? (They tell you prior that the position generally received 200 phone calls, while some may be via chat or email)

I had a phone interview and it was very scripted and not personable.
