I guess, as long as the hours the employee wants are hours that need to be filled. They like people who can work any day and at anytime and it can change but with at least 2 weeks notice (which is a plus)

I believe it was 40 but I would not know since I was hired for Full time but then shortly after I couldn't be Full Time or Part Time and was basically a place holder I don't know.
