You are paid once a year and based on your Performance Review... that being said every position has a CAP.. they put this cap in place to encourage you to either work to advance to a better position or quit. You are suppose to learn and grow, but that could be very hard with this company.
Annual raises are given based on you review. The higher your review, the higher your raise. Usually no more than .70/hr unless you are being promoted. No raise will be given despite review if you are "capped" out for your designated position.
Is it a practice of Walgreens for the employee reviews to give an overall rating slightly below 3, changing the raise amount?
