Not long, took a week to hear back & started the next week after orientation.
Applied on May 28 and wasn’t contacted about an interview until June 7th so I scheduled a call for that same afternoon and was offered the job. I had the background check completed with follow up questions by noon on June 8th as I have charges (was told they shouldn’t be an issue). It’s now June 11th and background check has been released to them. Planning to follow up Monday morning (June 13th) if I don’t receive an email.
Took about 2 weeks, one of those weeks in training

A week to get testing done
I was already working there, but it took 3 weeks
It was two weeks for me. They had to get the results back on the drug test. Sometimes it could take longer if they have a lot of people already. It's best to apply during the holiday season.
2 weeks to get a response from walmart, and 2 more weeks later, still waiting for the background check to come back... so far 1 month and still not working.... do they really hire??
It took about a week to actually start on my first shift. Interview and job offer all at the same time, Brief orientation, cbls and scheduled for my first shift.
