Got fired 10 years ago or just a little more reapplied had the people lead call me she looked me up and then said she couldn’t pursue me any further I’m dumb founded she wouldn’t tell me either tho
As long as your termination was not based on theft, misappropriation of time management (bypassing clockin-outs to prevent loss of points) as well as any act of violence, aggression or making any threats of any nature. The policy in place states that as long as the above mentioned reasons or any similar acts were not a cause that led to the termination, hourly staff and salaried members of management are eligible after 90 days. There can be cases that an employee may not be eligible for rehire at the original store location. This usually only comes in to play for those that were asset protection, pharmaceutical staff, market staff etc.

That depends. not if you were caught stealing
As of November 2018, you can be rehired to either Walmart or Sam's Club 60 days from the day you were terminated. Both switched over to a new internal system that came with some changes; one of them being how long it takes to get a person out of their employment. It was six months prior to this though.
Normally you can be rehired unless you are informed that the nature of your termination does not allow. Although you can appeal the decision within 30 days of the termination. With other terminations you can be rehired after 60 (or 90?) days.
So I was involuntary terminated because I disagree with the coaching staff, it says rehirable but sams club is closing what can I do
