They need to stop treating the associates like trash. Constantly pointing out everything they supposedly do wrong, when they aren't.
Everything is completely askew.
And stop with the favoritism.
The Team Leads and Coaches need to be compassionate, check on their associates, be encouraging. Not down their throats for every little "mistake" they say is going on.
The stress is horrid.
I wouldn't jeopardize the livelihood of the hourly workers to ensure the profit line was extraordinary for the Executive level.
Reward more associates, who didn't call in sick, or who never missed work. Show them that I appreciate there efforts to help maintain more positive role models. Positive attitudes create a more positive outcome in work ability and work performance.
Pay is competitive but health insurance is rubbish expensive and high deductible and high copay office visits for the 2nd largest employer in usa?
I would bring back paid holidays, this is ridiculous that we do not get paid holidays, if we do work them we don't get paid anything extra for it. Pretty sad from the richest family in the world, don't play favoritism, people just
Make sure laws are followed rather than policy.
All the above be nice to employees and don’t single out. Treat all the same way. More money for people who do there job. Not slackers. Be fair talk to everyone when there is a problem. Everyone no favortism make people want to go to work. Not be unhappy Happy workers get jobs done better
Have meetings with managers and make sure they're all on the same page of what needs be completed/time frame and people involved. It's really as simple as that.
Stop putting money into events or other things that seem ridiculous and instead, give the employees a fair pay raise so they aren't struggling so much to make ends meet. And make sure that loyal hardworking employees who have been there a long time (years-10, 15+, 20+) are paid SEVERAL DOLLARS MORE AN HOUR that others who are just starting in the same position. That makes happy employees, happy work environment, employees will work better and be more loyal and are more pleasant which brings in more customers. What person is going to be a happy employee if they can't afford to pay their bills when they get less than they should for the cost of living?
Offer a program that teaches foreign workers how to speak English and to treat every associate equal.. more pay for those who have worked longer then those who just started and STOP Favoritism!! Period.. point… Blank..
