  • They need to stop treating the associates like trash. Constantly pointing out everything they supposedly do wrong, when they aren't.
    Everything is completely askew.

    And stop with the favoritism.

    The Team Leads and Coaches need to be compassionate, check on their associates, be encouraging. Not down their throats for every little "mistake" they say is going on.

    The stress is horrid.

That makes happy employees, happy work environment, employees will work better and be more loyal and are more pleasant which brings in more customers. What person is going to be a happy employee if they can't afford to pay their bills when they get less than they should for the cost of living?
