They give you the time to do your onboarding paper work and the traings on the computers.
Apply online and once you receive a call back you will set up a time for an interview. They will send you a background check that must be completed within 48 hours, and once the results are received they will call you with a time for orientation. There you will receive your uniform, schedule, and start “training”
Walmart was great to work for. Hired almost immediately after placing job application. For people looking for a job there seemed to lots of job opening.
It helps new hires adjust to the social and performance aspects of their jobs so they can quickly become productive, contributing members of the organization.
You complete online application. they call you if your application drops online into the area for what they are hiring. They will set up interview then during the interview they will ask you questions. If your hired you'll go through the process of videos, and normal paper work to fill out allowing them to make a copy of any needed documents for your file. Then you'll be given a Walmart smock then name tag and your first day if possible ask for a locker( but you'll have to share with someone ( this is where trust comes to play with your new co-worker unless you know them).
