I applied online, to the Monroe, GA distribution location.
Got an email instantly saying i passed the online assessment for ‘freight handler PAT’.
Another email comes in a minute later asking me to schedule a date for the physical test.
Scheduled mine for 2 days later.
They called me back about 20 minutes after my physical asking me to come back the following day to speak with a resouce manager and sign my pay offer.
The meeting lasted 15 minutes and i was out the door with paper work to head over to a drug testing facility.
About an hour later i got an email with a link to my background check.
Results for my back ground check where fast.
I go in two weeks for orientation, but could have started next week.
I chose to give my current job the professional two weeks and they respected my choice.
The process was very fast, professional, and friendly.

It generally a 3 step interview process, first interview with department manager, 2nd interview with next tier of management (assistant manager), and then the 3rd interview which is usually the job offer is with the store manager. The questions are basically behavioral and situational based on work experience or every day situations. It is a productive interview process.
