Consisted of only 2 questions, very easy, as long as you seem fun and friendly you shouldn't have an issue!

The process was very simple. I applied online and got an email back 5 days later (make sure to check your junk folder because you have 2 days to answer the email). My interview was a week later. It surprised me that it wasn’t a one on one interview, you get interviewed with multiple people. Don’t let that discourage you though, I was up against adults in or done university and with job experience, and I’m in the 12th grade with no job experience. Like I said don’t let that fool you, do what you can to make yourself look more intelligent an more qualified. The interview was simple, they asked to take any item in store that represents you and explain it. They later on asked us in groups of 3 to class situations from high priority to low priority and explain. As a final question they read a little story of a worker who does bad things in store, you have to write down what he did wrong and how it impacts others and what would change if he did it normally then explain it. They notified me that I got the job by email 3 hours later. I hope this helps, good luck.

It takes around a month before you actually start the job. My advice is to have some money saved before you take this job. You'll be broke for awhile.

I was called for an interview last tuesday for the next day, i waited about 20 min in their employees back room everyone was very busy not one person said a word to me then finally a man called me to his office asked me what motivates me, how have i gone out of my way for a customer in my past jobs, and he described the job duties, had me sign papers giving my consent for a background check. then told i would get a call from someone within 3 days to schedule orentation, that was 8 days ago.... i have felonies but that was back in 2008, i keep calling then but no one ever calls me back, but thats my own doing will i ever stop paying for my mistakes from 10 yrs ago

Applied online got a call the next day. Met with first asistant manager who went over my resume and explained the job functions and walked me around the work area. Second assistant manager met with me a few minutes later for second interview. Asked: Why do you want to work for Walmart, where do you see yourself in five years, will you stay here and not quit (asking for a commitment). Filled out background and credit check releases to await results before scheduling orientation
