Walmart discriminates against people. It is a whole lot of politics and racism going on in the workplace. When you try to open door it and what is an open door when people are railroaded to do people wrong. Everyone is in together even the CEO. A lot of crooked people. Retaliation at its best!

You are better off in the military

The pay is horrible. they force you to do things that you shouldn't even do. The point system isnt the best. Females there will talk to any man. Married or not. And most sleep their way to the manager position. and the men can talk to you in a disgusting way. Never tell your business to anyone. Itll spred like wildfire.

I worked in cap 2 and the labor was far too much for what they were paying for at the time. Management didn’t care about the cap 2 associates at the Epping Walmart. Glad to see the department is making almost $15 an hour now.

Working at Walmart sucks the management is horrible they are lazy and rude the customers suck because they don’t get their way due to Walmart’s policy the employees are rude messy and harassing and practically get away with it

I worked at Walmart as a Cap 2 stocking associate for a year and 3/4 months, and from day one it had been nothing but a colossal disaster. Coworkers from all departments were rude to each other, most of the management did absolutely nothing except for one incident, which involved a supervisor in his mid/late 30s verbally and emotionally harassing me (a minor at the time), all because he was bitter about something. Customers weren’t a problem since it was built in a nice area. Management punishes you by making you do the most demeaning jobs ever, some you should’ve even be responsible for to begin with. After Hurricane Harvey things got much worse and I decided I had just about enough of it and left. Those that remember me and still work there still treat me like garbage just for leaving.

Unless you have the capabilities to work in a harassing environment such as this one, I DO NOT recommend working there.

Walmart's management is awful to you. They break down your spirit in every way possible. They let lazy and worse coworkers get away with 10× more. They also target people especially if you have any mental or physical issues. They have done some illegal stuff to me, but because they are such a big corporation there isn't much I can do. They once told me I was a minor in the system (I was 18 and not in school) and there wasn't anything they could do about it and I would only get 15 hours a week of work. They made me work 12 hour+ shifts and said I would be written up if I didnt stay. Managers have screamed at me, threatened me. Said things to me like they didnt know why I was hired, that I wasn't going to go far in life, etc. Even despite the fact I played yes man for a lot of them and did whatever they needed me to. It is awful to work there especially if you suffer from depression or anxiety. The way customers treat you is extremely hard as well. I had a customer slap me once and nothing was done. I truly feel as though I suffered abuse from Walmart and suffer from more anxiety than I used to have due to what I endured.

I left Wal-Mart because of management

It can be stressful or be a great place to work depending on that day what was going on around you.

Very busy place. Team work is very helpful. Custermores can be annoying if they don't get their way.sales is a big part of that at this time.
