After like, 90 days, you get a 10% discount card on most items at regular price. & then after you’ve been there either 6months or a year, then you get the medical, eye, & all the other goods. If you last that long.

Hire better managers at the store level that are capable of treating everyone the same, and not show favoritism to anyone in any circumstance.

I work at 7162 in Hampstead, NC. It's a great store. I would much rather prefer a Neighborhood Market than work at a Super Center. The managers I have are amazing. They actually care about you. They get on the floor and work along side of you. They are willing to help you get where you want to be. My co workers and I are like a family. We are all about team work. Most everyone here works very hard. It's fast paced and always something to do. If you can't find something to do, ask a manager they will find you something. My main department is deli, but I've worked in other areas when needed. I've also worked at a Super center and was very unhappy there. Management at the super center was terrible. It mainly depends on the store you work.
