I tried to transfer stores because I was moving an hour away and they added points last second so I could not transfer as planned when starting the job. I was almost to 6 months but I had no way to stay at that store.

I Applied online and received a call 2 days later. I went up there, interviewed and received an offer the same day! The’ll ask around 2 scenario questions, but they’re easy. As long as you dress professionally and be confident you’re automatically in. The key to get a interview is to pass the assessment test they have.

This totally depends on the position and the store. I started as overnight maintenance and was hired part time but always got 40 hours. Transferred to Cap 2 which is unloading truck and stocking freight on 2nd shift. I usually still got 40 hours but sometimes 32. Now as a department manager I’m always 40 hours but occasionally I’ll get 32 one week and some weeks I have to work a sixth day so 48 hour week.

Around 2-3 weeks depending. 1. Application and the Assessment Test (Must Pass)
2. Get called around 2 days later to schedule an interview, if not try following up on your application asking for an interview. 3. During the interview they'll ask you a few questions and confirm your experience and qualifications. If they like you, they'll either hire you on the spot or send you to a 2nd interview depending on how bad they need to fill in a spot. 4. After they hire you, you'll be sent to an orientation, maybe a week later, and then you just go on from there.
