It's a job

I've worked at a few walmarts and honestly this was the most disorganized one I worked at. Management was M.I.A. the majority of the day. Business was slow. So I'm not exactly sure why tiop stock was a wreck and items were always in the wrong area or the on hands were way off. They just want you to focus on returns and nothing else. Dumpster Fire

It doesn't matter what your department is at this store, whether you work in toys or CAP 2. Management is just a team of people who clash egos constantly. It was impossible to do anything without 2 other managers telling you to do 2 separate things 5 minutes apart.
