Decent outfit, but I was tired of the politics and it was time to move on from the company. Definitely would recommend them, but if you want to have a mure balanced home life. It may not be a good fit.

Was a good place to work
Management at store 3164 socks they micromanage give ungodly deadlines, I can stock a a cart in under a hour which is 1 case per min still not good enough, there is ethical issues, favoritism, and nepotism involved in all of Walmart stay away.

Absolutly no respect for its workers
At DC 7842 new management has introduced at the high end about a year ago and the whole thing has gone down hill. More and more people are leaving and they are not replacing anyone. Could treat internal associates better
As a coordinator they do not micromanage. Just stay on top of your work. They do pay less than other companies for the same role and they do not promote you based on how well you're doing but when there is an opening ensure you apply. They also only give internal associates a 10% raise when you're promoted, so an external candidate can start making more than you.
