Walmart is a great place to work in my opinion, I learned where there's suppose to be a team, often it's not. Most leads are great at least the one's I worked with. Upper management ( not store manager) some were awful like to micro manage and belittle you in front of customers and piers. The workplace culture is first rate by none.
