Walmart was okay until it wasn’t. They let an older team lead get away with mistreating the front end employees and no one really seemed to care that much.

Good for the temporary money not much else
Working at Walmart can either be a great or a horrid experience, it all depends on management, what I really hated was the constant changing policies that they wouldn’t inform us and later make us look like fools in front of the customers. Mostly fun place to work and shop
Walmart is a great place to work in my opinion, I learned where there's suppose to be a team, often it's not. Most leads are great at least the one's I worked with. Upper management ( not store manager) some were awful like to micro manage and belittle you in front of customers and piers. The workplace culture is first rate by none.
