Walmart Cashier Review
Good depending on what you like
Cashier (Former Employee) - Calera, AL - May 19, 2022
Walmart is actually a good place to work depending on how much you want to work and what you are willing to do. the pay is good in every department and it is a much easier job now that everything is more self checkout now in 2022. It is a good job if your just starting out to work and you want to start bigger than a restaurant.

Too strict
Cashier (Current Employee) - Florida - September 22, 2023
Walmart's rigid policies often left me feeling stifled, limiting opportunities for personal growth and job satisfaction. It's disheartening to see a company I dedicated my time to prioritize rules over employee well-being.

Good pay and a lot of hours.
Online Grocery Pickup (Former Employee) - Calera, AL - August 13, 2023
Management isn’t the best. It’s getting better but still needs improvement. It was a lot of drama with everyone, including management. Some managers are rude and don’t know how to talk to people.
