Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Order Picker in Walmart
Working at Walmartt
Grocery Picker (Current Employee) - Haymarket, VA - January 7, 2020
I work at Walmart as a full time employee. The job is really good with hours that I want to work. My coworkers make it fun going to work everyday they always keep me in a great mood and energetic when I work with them. The management is really good too. This job is good for high schooler or teenagers that are in college.

You're a number, not a person
Online Grocery Picker (Former Employee) - Bismarck, ND - January 20, 2023
The strict attendance policy is pretty ridiculous for real life. You are a number in the system and if you cannot conform to their computerized standards of a productive employee, you are terminated. Management and chain of command are unreliable and confusing.
Pros
Long breaks, great benefits
Cons
Coworkers, Managers, rigorous productivity goals

Decent job
Picker (Former Employee) - Fairburn, GA - September 22, 2022
It wasn’t a bad job. The pay was $15 during Covid, but they changed it to $13 and that’s when I left. They changed hours late notice. But I was able to make friends and get a workout while on the job (lots of steps).
