Hardest part about working @ Walser Toyota in Bloomington was the massive language barrier between the customers and the advisers. Wasn't always easy explaining things to the customers when they are looking at you trying to understand of what you are saying because they don't understand english very well or at all.

You'll learn things quick as you pick up (if you ever work in the service department) There times where there are miscommunication with other coworkers, but eventually everything does get solve fast.
