I would take better account of the customers perspective and add things that make you feel more entertained and engaged for the price you pay and less like you are shuffling through a mass of people. Basically improve the customers experience so that they become a return customer praising the experience rather than a Facebook complainer about wait times. Additionally bring back Walt's vision that you never see trash at Disney.
