If you were in charge, what would you do to make Walters & Wolf a better place to work?
The half owner runs that shop at Mukilteo & could be a total jerk & leans on the right redneck side. While the shop is Union, its like you are punished because of that. In shop pay is better at many non union shops than there. I had a team lead who would verbally call me names & harrassed me at how i did or learned things, although my work was better than most new employees. When his harrassment turned into a shouting match (i did not shout back) & the bosses said they were working with him on his anger, yet it continued, i finally just stopped coming in.Asked November 21, 2019
