Start fresh with all new management. With people who actually know the industry and how to lead a company. Walters currently isnt a real competitor in the waste industry and its a huge struggle to get through each day. Its probably why they need to have employees post as customers and give good reviews- to offset all the bad reviews from real customers.
I would fire all of the management below the owners. Maybe hire some management that the drivers respect. Not just butt kissers and managers who are too lazy to help drivers with issues on routes. Cut routes to a size that can be done in a safe manner, you have to drive very unprofessional to get the routes done in 10-12 hours. But since the prime management says it can be done safely your stuck driving like a fool. Just waiting for the " big one" and they will stand back and realize there mistakes. Maybe
Management is a huge issue here. The owners need to restructure the management from the top down. They will continue to have high turnover and disgruntled employees until that happens. It was a great place to work when Greg and George were calling the shots.
