Everyone is like family, we work closely together. The pay is not up to par. Advancement is not something you come by easily because positions are not open as of yet. Management needs some work. Hard to get fired.

This place has no real management. They cannot manage to begin with, just big loop around, and no one wanting to actually help. They hire from Ga Tech for the nicer jobs, and the "technical support" jobs are for the low level guys who get to clean bathrooms and put Ikea furniture together. They also pay you jack. I would never work for them again.
