Electrical Engineering Technician trainee (Current Employee) – North Carolina – February 7, 2017
A work day was between 10- 14 hours working on quality control of already erected towers. The foreman built a good team environment and I knew my role in helping the team be successful. The hardest part was being away from home for months on end. I love construction because you get to see a project start and end. It feels like I helped accomplish something.
Data Entry, and Rod Control (Former Employee) – Fargo, North Dakota – March 3, 2013
Wanzek is a wonderful company that pays very well and offer employees great benefits. I learned what teamwork can accomplish if all employees work in accord with each other. The hardest part about the job was getting people to cooperate with each other. The most enjoyable part of my job was accomplishing my task on time.
Highly experienced heavy industrial contracting company.
Lead Project Engineer (Former Employee) – Fargo, ND – September 18, 2012
Served as Lead Project Engineer on a large scale wind energy project. Typical duties included interaction with client/subcontractor representatives, review of engineering documents, field inspection, schedule updates, invoice review and interacting with the project field engineering group.
I found that my co workers were well qualified personnel and that there was a hard working mentality within the organization. The management appreciated the work of employees at every level.
My position as Lead Project Engineer was challenging and required management of many different project aspects simultaneously. I was required to monitor and track all aspects of the field engineering and quality control programs and manage field engineering staff. Keeping up with all the tasks expected of the position was a challenge but learning about myself, my positive attributes and my limitations was extremely rewarding and beneficial.
well managed company, capable/qualified work force, very competitive salary/benefits
