What i learned at my job, was how to operate a forklift. Also how to load trailer trucks properly and quickly. The workplace culture there was quick paced and stressful, trucks needed to loaded in a quick a timely fashion.

Loading and Unloading trucks was a typical day at Ward. All co-workers were hard working and easy to get along with. the most enjoyable part of the day was at rush hour.

high paced working enviornment, high turnover rate. certain members of the management team were less than professional. my co workers were a great team. a typicacal work day was fast paced which i enjoyed. the hardest part of the job was learning the new protocal implemented as a new employee.the most enjoyableable part of the job was learning from my teammates.
