Very open, small company with lots of helpful people

A typical work day for an engineer is spent designing custom CNC water jet machines. Most of your time is spent in Solidworks. 1 Engineer is usually responsible for designing 1 entire machine with help only when needed. A lot of responsibility is given to each engineer due to the small size of the company.

I learned how CNC machines, motors and many - more ... other things worked. There is a lot of knowledge within the company that easy to learn if you ask the right people.

Management is great. Couldn't ask for a more laid back yet firm boss.

All the engineers are in a fairly small room so there ... - less
ProsFree lunches and snacks often
ConsJust not what I want to do with my life
