The top of the management chain (and corporate office) is so far removed from the reality of the current state of business, that it's like traveling back in time.

I have asked from the day I started to get a structured training program. Was thrown into payroll on day 3 which now I can mail to a T but the management or lack thereof is more about flirting than working and very biased to the ones they like over ones with great work ethic something I can’t get on board with. It definitely needs a management overhaul and a lot of structure

Very stressful job. Lack of communication from all levels of management. Great company and benefits. The Wilmington site is run by clowns and favoritism and nepotism every where you look.
