I agree with the previous answer. UPPER MANAGEMENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE RIGHT TRAINING. THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN HERE. That is the reason that warehouse is a MESS.
Family culture but definitely hard work with a lot of stress. VP of Operations is tough but fair. Not enough training for new associates. They need more qualified trainers and better follow up for associates during initial 90 days. Supervisors are too busy to perform follow up. A full time training staff is needed separate from Operations. All local staff should report to Site manager instead of corporate staff.
