The management staff should do mandatory training before the start of each season. Some of the management staff are rude, disrespectful in the way they speak to you, they are rude and dismissive when you ask for assistance.......I seen for myself a manager talk down to someone as if the question was dumb and so was the person for asking it. We are the first point of contact for the customer if we treated the customer the way management treats us we would no longer have a job.

Most people take metro because parking is limited but there are places to park around the Stadium. We like to keep the parking for the fans.

I report 2.5 hours before game time, at assigned area when gates open (2 hours before game time).
