Constant changes in policies. It’s expected but it seems once you get something down, it changes.

Worked almost 2 years zero support and zero training from supervisor. Management is not concerned with supporting staff only personal agenda. HQ does not make prison management accountable when they do not follow there job requirements. I was not on boarded correctly, my file still shows the former employee as owner of the position, never had a PDP or an evaluation.

I would say that they need to hire a superintendent. An interim superintendent that doesn't care about the facility is not good enough.
