Financial Concierge in Spokane, WA

Felt valued as an employee, good management, generous company to work for. The only minus was having to start at a lower level and take 8 mos of required training classes in order to move up to the next level; which would have been ok but it was a new policy so people without experience were above you.
Sr. Credit Analyst - Commercial Banking in Coeur d'Alene, ID

This place is for old people who have no idea how to act around anyone under the age of 40. Everybody watched my every move and instead of have one manager who micromanaged me, it was all the old ladies that worked there as support stuff gossip and tattle tale every time I went to the bathroom. It's sad when people worship their job advice all else.
Relationship Manager in Spokane, WA

I've never felt so appreciated in a workplace before. My direct manager truly cares about our team and takes the time to really get to know us on a personal level. I've had good, very good, and great managers before, but I can truly say he's next level. The bank's culture has a lot to say for that but I think he's just that kind of guy.

The bank as a whole, is amazing. Super community driven, but I feel like some departments get the lower end of the stick, and don't get treated as fair.
Financial Concierge II in Spokane Valley

Every branch is different. I have worked at 2 and love both! We are a family and they really do care about you. I had a baby this year and everyone reached out to see how I was doing. Always work with me (I have 2 kids) when it comes to my kids and my personal life. I never fell replaceable, I feel appreciated. My manager wants to see you succeed and helps you when you fall. During this pandemic they have shown how much they care about us, I am shocked by how much they took care of us and still do.
