Process took about 45 minutes. At the very end of interview they tell you that you start in the back of a rear loader for 3-9 years doing 800 pick ups with 1-6 cans/bags per pick up only making $125 per day in a 5 day work week and anything extra is $10 an hour for helpers pay. U will work 55 hours per week. Monday and tuesday are the hard days plan on working 25-30 hours just those 2 day. You switch with driver every hour.

Before the progressive/Waste connections merger our site was struggling with equipment breakdowns. Six days after the merger the corporate guys from Waste Connections were there and ordered us 7 new trucks and they were delivered to our site 3 months later. This is a great company with great leaders
