Very cliquish. No one goes out of their way to talk to you unless you make a mistake. Then you hear about if from everyone. It's a very stressful, restrictive place to work. The staff is bad enough but some of the customers are worse.

Beware of manipulative, sneaky, budget driven managers and supervisors. It all looks and sounds great until you realize you are not important, in any way, to them. You can and will be replaced real quick especially if you call them on their actions. It's sugar coated to make you think it's to your benefit but you'll soon realize, only the yes men and those that are happy to be broke will be there very long. Too bad really, potential to be an awesome employer is there, but it's only potential.
