I worked at the Erie yard in co. Very fair weathered, trucks are constantly down and they spend no money to fix them. I wrote up an air leak from my joystick for at least 4 months prior to quitting. Doubt it’s been fixed since. When my truck would break down I would be stuck until 8:00 at night sometimes until a mechanic finally came out to my location to get me back to the yard, with my route unfinished. The following day I would be under pressure to get caught up the day before with management breathing down my neck almost as if blaming me for my truck breaking down an the route not being complete. Pay was on the very low end compared to what other companies offer especially for front load. I went to a different company and was offered $4 more per hour for a resi route.

Get some knee pads if Greg Brown and Adam Sharp are involved... God awful place to work. I suggest starting a fire in your house or if you have and ex spouse go deal with that it's a lot easier....
