Overall good company to work for if your looking to start a career in disposal truck driving. Lots of opportunities to grow and learn the business. Largest disposal company in the world.
Sanitation Worker in Topeka, KS

I’ve heard it varies from site to site but in Topeka Kansas, the management was a joke. They don’t care about having reliable equipment to properly and safely do your job. They get upset when you break down but are more worried about their bonuses than getting safe trucks that actually work.
Customer Service Coordinator in Lewisville, TX
on September 24, 2021
Management does not train properly. Management allowed antagonistic senior employees to belittle others. The job is a heavy work load at times but is easy if you are trained properly from the start.Pays well, with great benefits but not worth walking on eggshells everyday and being scared to walk away from your desk to even go to the rest room without feeling you will be reprimanded.
Customer Service Representative in Foxborough, MA

Great company! Could use some tech upgrades as systems are not interfaced well. The simplest of tasks are often made overly cumbersome by outdated and unreliable technology. System outages are frequent.
Class B Driver in Moreno Valley, CA

Average work week is 50-60 hours.Safety is promoted but not followed. There’s favoritism when trying to get promoted.Indirectly you are told not to take your lunch and breaks.
