The regular workers are decent, but the supervisors on up have their favorites. You work your butt off and they want more out of you. If you make waves they have ways to make you miserable everyday.

It's the worst. Corporate executives & plant management lie & back stab each other & plant laborers. This is the culture they foster to achive profit. This is what I participated in & witnessed as member of their management team. I try to change this mind set for 2+ year and was a outcast within the organization. The sad thing is I train two people to replace me & they lasted less than 6 months. So in my opinion, it's better to live under a bridge, than to work at Wastequit. Very sad!!! It could be great if they had more people of integrity.
