Beware of your Managing Directors. Beware of your resources. They’re toxic. You assumed a group of companies that allegedly weren’t being managed right but the way the AL’s are being run now is a tradgedy. It’s only a matter of time before a resident gets hurt. Especially in your largest AL where things are spiraling out of control due to an uncaring inexperienced ED and managing director that talks more than he gets anything done. You have closed door management until it’s time for a smoke break then the entire management team can be found puffing it up. Awesome professionalism. Fix it. You promised you would when you took over.
