In my first day of employ orientation all the department supervisors talked about was profit. How to make a profit, how important it is, how you need to cut costs. Not one word about seniors. Not one word about support of employees. Very sad.

Corporate needs to come in and talk with associates, not managers. The associates who have been there above ten years, and over 3-5 years. Take a good look at who holds the executive positions. Are they really qualified for the job. Has the community gone from good to bad since they have arrived. Come in and ask, even long time residents.
