Working here is pretty easy. The pay is not great as most start off at minimum wage. There is barely room to advance, especially during Winter season. They only budget enough hours for one or two people to work during the week at the smaller stores. Which means if you are not full time or haven't been there long, your hours will be cut significantly.

Very misleading

Not what the job description implied. Worked late hours and lifted a lot of heavy loads. Favoritism was key there. Overall trash. The communication wasn’t there either. Always doing someone else’s job if you over perform. Never went home early.

They are a good company. They care about their employees. They are good about giving time off when needed. There always is plenty of hours for employees.
