Watson is a large company with numerous division's and large number of employees. With that being said your always going to have pro's an con's regardless the job type an position. The biggest pro is definitely no lack of work, if you want 40hours a week that is not a problem. But also if you want 60+ hours you can get that almost every week! The last review said "Production was a big factor" an yes I would agree with that but that really only implies to the Commercial side. As for the service side that's not shoved down your throat. Biggest challenge for myself personally is trying to stand out as one of the great's, and I know that sounds dumb but what I mean is the amount of talented Mechanic's, Apprentices, Technicians and ext. If your not the type of person who embraces a challenge and want to better yourself each an every day on the job then I guarantee you that it will show then less of a month. Your better off at a mom an pop establishment.
Production was a big factor so you had no time to pass by it was a big help on speed and safety
